We dispatch all orders placed through our website on the following working day. For deliveries within Sri Lanka, you will receive your parcel within two working days from the date of dispatch. International shipping may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.

For cancellations and amendments, please send an email to orders@helaathkam.com with your order number. Once an order has been confirmed, you can change or cancel only if it’s not dispatched from here. If it is handed over for delivery, we are unable to change or cancel an order. To preserve the colors and quality, we recommend hand washing separately in cold water using a mild detergent and avoiding direct sunlight while drying. Iron on the reverse side using a medium to low heat setting.
