Yes. Most of the time it is the same. We make our full effort to keep all products according to the details displayed on the web site. But the most significant thing is, these are not factory-made items. All of these are handmade products. Hence some small changes could be there in size, weight, design, pattern, and colour. We make our full effort to keep the highest quality and deliver the same product to you at our level best.

We offer discounts in a few ways. Mainly we offer discounts for bulk orders of more than 6 items. For that, you may contact us to obtain a discount code. We offer discounts for selected items from time to time and we display them on the webpage itself. You may also get discounts through our agents or Business Promotion Officers. If you have interacted with them in our promotional period you may get a discount coupon code from them via our marketing materials. The other way is, we offer discount coupons to our loyal/selected customers from time to time. Yes we do. We cover most of the destinations in the world and also any destination in Sri Lanka.

The delivery cost will depend on your destination and the weight of your cart. It will be calculated automatically and displayed to you before you pay.

Yes, you can. You have to send an email to orders@helaathkam.com with your order number within one hour of your order. We give our maximum effort to meet your requirement with available resources.

Once an order has been confirmed, you can change/cancel only if it’s not dispatched from here. Once it is handed over for delivery, we are unable to change or cancel an order. For cancellations and amendments, please send an email to orders@helaathkam.com with your order number.

We do not accept any returned item without a valid reason. If there is damage or product error, we will replace it free of charge.

If you wish to return an item for your personal reason you should first get the consent and a reference number from us via an email. Then you may return it to our head office at your own cost.

An order will be dispatched within 2-14 days from the date of order placed.

Every standard order will take 3-7 days for the delivery within Sri Lanka from the date of dispatch. For international orders, it will take 3-12 weeks from the date of dispatch. Sometimes it may differ due to unavoidable circumstances arises in international transportation systems that are beyond our control. If unfortunately, your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us by our e-mail orders@helaathkam.com with your order number.

Yes, you can. There are two options. One is by selecting a product and then request to customize it by using the option given below the product. The second one is submitting a fresh request via the contact us page.

Yes, you can. First, you have to select a product and select the “Request More” option to get a quotation (Performa invoice) for your order. Then we will send you a quotation with delivery details for your reference. At the moment we are accepting the Advance Payment method only.
